The Bastard

When the Bastard is flipped face up choose 2 cards
from the arsenal deck and place them in the
command zone.
At the beginning of combat on your turn you may
put one arsenal card from your command zone
onto the battlefield.
If an arsenal card would leave the battlefield put
it in the command zone instead.
{3}{t} Discard a card: Put one card from the arsenal
deck into your command zone.
