If a creature with a counter would leave the battlefield, add a Lore counter to the binder.
{x}{t}: Remove X Lore counters from The Binder,
add X +1/+1 counters to Targer Creature.
{2}{t}: Remove 4 Lore counters from The Binder, search your library for a land card and add it to
the battlefield, tapped.
{t}: remove 5 Lore counters from The Binder, Sacrifice The Binder, Search your library for any
card and add it to your hand.
