The Binding of Isaac

At the beginning of combat on your turn, you
may sacrifice a creature. If you do, put a +1/+1
counter on target creature you control.
It gains lifelink, deathtouch, and "When this creature attacks, exile the top card of defending player's library. You may play that card until
the end of your next turn."
