Whenever Scavenging Crow deals combat damage
to a player, that player puts the top card of their library into their graveyard. Then, you may exile
two cards from that player's graveyard. If the
exiled cards have the same name, untap
Scavenging Crow and it gains deathtouch for the
rest of the game.
