Non-token creatures act as though they were token creatures, and token creatures act as though they were non-token creatures. (whenever a non-token creatures dies, is exiled, or is returned to its owners hand it is removed from the game entirely, as tokens would be. Abilities that say "whenever a non-token creature..." are triggered by only token creatures.)
