When this card dies, if it was not cast this turn,
reveal cards from the top of your library until you
reveal a black or red Dragon, then put that Dragon
onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom
of your library in any order.
If this card is in your graveyard, if it did not die
this turn, you may pay {b/r}, then return it to your
hand and shuffle a Dragon in your graveyard into
your library. You cannot cast this card returned
to your hand until your next turn.
