The Buried

Whenever a permanent would leave the graveyard,
its controller chooses Above or Below.

•Above — Sacrifice a land, the permanent enters
the battlefield under its owner's control.

•Below — Pay two life, the permanent leaves the graveyard and is placed second from the top of its controller's library.

The Buried can be your commander.
