The Calm after the Storm

All players shuffle their graveyards and battlefields into their librarys. After that, all players gains 5 life and draw two cards. This
sorcery can only be activated if all players have 15 or less life, but it can't be countered.
The war ended our home, but at last the tumult passed. Now we will rebuild everything.
