The Cat in the Hat

+3: The Cat in the Hat is a creature to lay your opponents to waste. Until your next turn it's a 4/4 legend with shroud, trample, and haste.
-4: Any one creature is instantly dead, it was suddenly struck with a bat in the head.
-9: For the rest of the game your opponent must rhyme. If they do not they will have a hard time. (Since they'll die.)
