The Catalyst of Fear

At the beggining of your upkeep, instead of
drawing a card, you may exile the top two cards
of your library.
As long as you have 5 life or less, or as long as
you have no cards in hand, or as long as your
library contains five cards or less, you may play
cards exiled with The Catalyst of Fear without
paying their mana costs.
