The Chaos Scale

Whenever the effect of a spell or ability includes
a number, double that value. If it is night, halve
that number instead; round down. "target" and
"an" are the same as 1; includes mana from abilities
Creatures can't attack as long as it's day.
Creatures have goad as long as it's night.
{10}: Perpetually invert the night/day of The
Chaos Scale. Any player may activate this ability.
Only activate this ability any time you could cast
a sorcery.
