The Chattering Staff

This staff once belonged to the Deamon's Tears
mage Vargile, who was slain in the battle for the
second floor.
Once attuned to this item, the user can use the
mouth on the staff to impersonate any creature
as long as they have heard them speaking for
more than a minute. However, they must share
at least one language with the target or have to
succeed on a Wisdom saving throw.
