The Chosen Undead

Whenever one of your creatures dies, put a
+1/+1 counter on The Chosen Undead. Additionally, you may pay life or any total mana
equal to that creature's mana cost to gain that creature's ability. If The Chosen Undead
has already gained an ability, replace it.
When The Chosen Undead dies, distribute its counters amongst your creatures on the
battlefield.
