Put three "paralyzed by cuteness" counters on all opponents' creatures.
These creatures cannot attack, block, or use
activated abilities while any such counters remain.
During each opponent's upkeep, they remove one
"paralyzed by cuteness" counter from each
creature.
Cuteness will have its revenge...
