Inside info— when The CIA enters the battlefield put an info counter on half of all opponents (rounded up). Info counters mean any creature you control attacking that creature cannot be blocked.
Wire tap - {r}{r}{r}{t} deal 2 damage to each opponent with an info counter on them. Use this only anytime when you can cast a sorcery.
