Inside info— when The CIA enters the battlefield put an info counter on half of all opponents (rounded up). Info counters mean any creature you control attacking a player with an info counter on them that creature cannot be blocked.
Wire tap - {r}{r}{r}{t} deal 2 damage to each opponent with an info counter on them. Use this only anytime when you can cast a sorcery.
