When this comes into play, sacrifice all other lands and deal 3
damage to all players. In addition to your first land, you may play
an additional desert each turn.
{t}: Produce 2 of either {w}, {b}, or {c}.
{t}: Exile target creature and put three time counters on it.
Remove a time counter on you upkeep. When that card has no time
counters on it, it comes into play under your control.
