Whenever The Coast is Clear would enter the battlefield and any player doesn't control creatures, put it on the bottom of its owner's library instead.
Whenever a player controls no creatures, sacrifice The Coast is Clear and put any number of creature cards in your hand with total power less than half your life total on the battlefield.
Whenever a creature attacks alone, destroy it.
