The Cobra God

an ability, copy that ability. You may choose new
targets for the copy.
{u}{b}{g}: Until end of turn, target permanent
gains "As an additional cost to activate this card's activated abilities, sacrifice a creature."
When The Cobra God dies, return it to its
owner's hand at the beginning of the next
end step.
