The Compleated Ozolith

When The Compleated Ozolith enters, remove all -1/-1 counters from all creatures and put them onto The Compleated Ozolith. When a creature leaves the battlefield, if it had -1/-1 counters on it, put those counters onto The Compleated Ozolith. At the beginning of combat on your turn, If The Compleated Ozolith has counters on it, You may move any number of counters from The Compleated Ozolith onto target creature.
