Whenever you gain life from a Phyrexian you control, you get a Compleat counter.
When you have 10 Compleat counters, you get an emblem which says "You may only cast Phyrexian Creatures and Phyrexian spells you cast cost {x} less
to cast where {x} is the number of Compleat counters you have."
