At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep, if that player controls 2 or more creatures, put a -1/-1 counter on each creature that player controls. Then, if that player controls a creature with a -1/-1 counter on it, that player gets a poison counter.
It will disappear. One day, it's like a miracle, it will disappear.
