The Council

You begin the game with this role card flipped
face up, and you take first turn. Your starting life
total is equal to 20 + 10 times X, where X is the
number of opponents.
{3}{t}: Starting with you, each player votes for a
player other than you or themselves. The
player(s) with the most votes draws a card, then
if their role is concealed they search their library
for a basic land card and put it onto the
battlefield tapped under their control.
