The Counter Counter Zoo

{t}: If a creature has a counter on it, put a counter counter on it.
Once a creature has a counter counter on it, any counter that is to be put on a card is countered
and all counters turn into counter counters.
When this card is put into play, every player goes insane. Any insane player wins the game.
