When The Crown of Horns enters, choose at least 1 player to gain the Dreaming title and at least 1 player to gain the Living title.

Whenever a spell or ability targets a permanent that a player with a title controls, copy that spell or ability. The copy targets a permanent with the same permanent type controlled by a player with a different title. This ability triggers only once per turn.
