The Cursed Communion

You may sacrifice it instead of a land when a spell or ability requires a land sacrifice.

The first time it is sacrificed, it is not destroyed. When it is destroyed by a land destruction effect, enchant a land or enchantment you control. It becomes an enchantment if it isn’t already and gains hexproof. If it would be sent to te graveyard or exiled you may destroy The Cursed Communion instead.
