The Dance Macabre

Each player chooses a creature or planeswalker they control. You may pay {b}. If you do, repeat this process except your opponents can't choose creatures or planeswalkers already chosen for The Dance Macabre. Then each player puts a +1/+1 counter or a loyalty counter on the last creature or planeswalker they chose this way and sacrifices the rest.
