+1: Scry 2, then reveal the top card of your library. If a permanent is revealed this way, you may draw it. Otherwise, each opponent discards a card.
-3: Destroy target creature or planeswalker and have each opponent discard a card.
-8: Look at the top 8 cards of your library and put them back in any order. Then, draw 3 cards and each opponent discards 3 cards.
