Sacrifice a human, Pay half your life rounded down: Search target player's library for a legendary permanent and put it onto the battlefield under its owner's control with a horcrux counter on it.
As long as there are one or more permanents on the battlefield with horcrux counters The Dark Lord has hexproof and indestructible.
When The Dark Lord leaves the battlefield you lose the game.
