The Dark Urge

Commander creatures you control have menace.
At the beginning of each opponents combat step
they roll a D20 to determine which player they
can attack this turn unless they pay {4}. That
player must attack with atleast 1 creature if able.
If the result is you put a +1/+1 counter or a
loyalty counter on target commander you control.
You remember nothing but a path paved with blood. Unimaginable cruelty whispers to you from within.
Can you escape it? Would you even want to?
