When ever a player casts their first spell in a turn, they choose one,
•The Deal Maker deals damage equal to the spells converted mana cost to target creature or player
•Target player draws cards equal to half the converted mana cost rounded up
•Target player untaps or taps X target permanents, X equals half the converted mana cost rounded up
