if your deck contains only non-creature spells and
lands.
Whenever you cast a non-creature spell, choose
one:
•Create an X/1 Elemental creature token
with haste where X is the spell's converted
mana cost.
•The Desolation deals X damage to any
target, where X is the spell's converted mana cost.
