The Devil's Serenade

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, you
and its controller may cast a spell from their
graveyard with converted mana cost half the
converted mana cost of that creature. If you are
the caster, you may cast two spells.
Creature spells cannot be countered.
The Devil's Serenade can be your commander.
