The Distributor is responsible for keeping the
game alive. This card relies on the Aggressor
and Victim cards, however, it also has some
degree of control over them, in terms of fame
and reach.
This card is backed by a strong alliance of
devoted fans. An Aggressor is capable of destroying
this card, however, the implications would not
remain in their favour. This card's safety is ensured.
Morality and law are not on this cards side.
