The Drac'thyr War

Drac'thyr creatures you control have haste.
Whenever a Drac'thyr creature you control deals combat damage, you may have it deal damage
equal to it's power to target creature an
opponent controls.
If Drac'thyr creatures you control deal over 30
damage to creatures in a single turn, you win the
game at the beginning of the next end step.
