The Drill

When The Drill enters the battlefield, target
opponent gains 3 Ba-Sing-Se counters.
Whenever The Drill attacks an player with
Ba-Sing-Se counters, remove a Ba-Sing-Se
counter from the defending player. Then, if the defending player has no Ba-Sing-Se counters, the defending player loses the game.
