The Eagles Strike

0CP Use this stratagem in any phase when an enemy character unit is destroyed as a result of an attack made by a solar watch model from your army. The next time your opponent wishes to use a stratagem they must spend 1 extra CP to use that stratagem. This stratagem can only be used once per battle round.
