The Eagle's Strike

-Use this Stratagem in any phase, when
an enemy WARLORD is destroyed by a
SOLAR WATCH unit from your army.
Until the end of the battle, each time a
Combat Attrition test is taken for an
enemy unit, subtract 1 from that Combat
Attrition test.
