The Elder Dragon War

Whenever an Elder Dragon dies put it into
the Command Pile with a Battle Counter on
it. You may cast that card from the command
pile exept it costs {2} more to cast for each Battle Counter on it. Whenever an Elder Dragon has 7 or more Battle Counters on it,
its controller loses the game
