The Election

When the Election enters the battlefield, every player will vote Blue or Red. If the majority voted Red, everyone will get a second combat phase. If the majority votes Blue, everyone will draw an additional card on their draw step. If there is a tie, all players get protection until this player’s next turn.{flavor}
