The Emperor's Auspice 1CP/2CP

Use this Strat in any phase when a Custodes unit is selected for an attack. Until the end of that phase enemy units cannot re-roll Hits, Wounds, or Damage rolls for their attacks. If this unit has 4 or less models then it costs 1CP otherwise it costs 2CP.
