1CP Use this Stratagem in any phase when an Emissaries Imperiatus unit from your army is chosen to shoot or fight with. Until the end of that phase, when resolving an attack made by a model in that unit, ignore any negative hit roll, wound roll and AP characteristic modifier and any benefit to the saving throw as a result of cover for that attack.
