The Employment Policy

Whenever a creature you control attacks,
that creature gains first strike until end of
turn. If that creature is not a Miller, that creature gains double strike instead.
{b}{g}: Whenever a creature you control with wither deals combat damage to a player this turn, that player gets that many poison counters.
