+2: Each opponent gets an emblem with "At the beginning of your end step, lose X life where X is the number of cards in that your hand.
+1: Draw three cards, then put two cards from your hand on top of your library in any order.
-12: Exile the top 10 cards from each players library, then you may cast any number of instants/sorcery spells exiled this way.
