The End of Red

When The End of Red enters the battlefield,
destroy all red permanents and counter all red
spells.
Player's cannot cast red spells or put lands that
can be tapped for red mana onto the battlefield.
Whenever a permanent is tapped for red mana,
its controller sacrifices it.
