The end of times

Each player discards their hand, then sacrifices a
number of permanents equal to the number of
cards they discarded
then each player exiles all cards in their graveyard
and then puts that many cards from the top of
their library into their graveyard
then the player who has the least amount of cards
in their graveyard, loses life equal to the total
number of cards in their graveyard
