Suspend 3 -{g} (Rather than cast this card from your

counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove
a time counter. When the last is removed, cast it without
paying its mana cost.)

During your upkeep place X +1/+1 counters on
each creature you control. Where X is the number
of suspend counters you removed from cards you
own in exile this turn.
