Each upkeep you must flip a coin:

Heads: Gork's Blessing - Target player must
attack you this turn and target creature gains first strike.
If you gain the same blessing twice, place a -1/0 counter on a controlled creature or vehicle,
remove only once this card leaves the battlefield.
