The Eternal Flame

At the begining of your upkeep, put a flame counter on The Eternal Flame. Then, if The Eternal Flame has three or more flame counters, you may remove all of them. If you do, The Eternal Flame deals X damage to each opponent and each creature they control, where X is the number of flame counters removed this way.
{1}{r},{t}: The Eternal Flame deals 1 damage to any target. If a creature dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead. Add a flame counter to The Eternal Flam
