The Everlasting

Whenever you cast an enchantment spell from
your hand, The Everlasting deals damage to
each opponent equal to that spell's converted
mana cost. If that spell resolves, when it enters
the battlefield, sacrifice it.
Whenever an enchantment you control is
put into a graveyard from the battlefield,
exile it with X time counters on it where X is it's converted mana cost. If it doesn't have suspend,
it gains suspend.
